LHRMA Committee 2008 Committee Chairperson Membership Committee The Membership Committee is responsible for the retention and recruitment of members. The Membership Committee reviews all applications for membership, interviews applicants and make a recommendations to the Employer Members regarding the approval or disapproval of such applications.   Keri McCarthy Disher Design and Development 616-748-6915 xt.118 keri.mccarthy@disherdesign.com   Wage & Benefits Survey Committee The Wage Survey Committee is responsible for obtaining the information for, compiling data, preparing, and controlling the distribution of, the Association Wage Survey.   Elaine Johnson Thermotron Industries (616) 392-1491 ejohnson@thermotron.com Professional Development Committee The Professional Development Committee is responsible for arranging appropriate educational opportunities outside of the regular membership meetings.   Chris-Ann Martini, SPHR School Zone Publishing (616) 846-5030 chris-ann@schoolzone.com Community Involvement Committee The Community Involvement Committee shall be responsible for coordinating LHRMA’s efforts to improve the community environment where we live and work while seeking avenues where LHRMA can positively change the Lakeshore area.
